Poor Service/Reluctant attitude of Customer serices

I applied for Axis bank credit card in the month of Sept. My Ref No. is 763710.Unable to get right info from the customer care. Never expected such poor service form Axis bank where Iam an account holder. I would like to know the status. Let me know, whether I should continue to wait or cancel the aplication?
