Not getting the acc setteled after the payment too

I had a credit card where the collections people called me and asked me to pay a certain amount of $15000.00 and later the collections agent has taken another amount of money from me after debittng the check that was given by me stating that the they will not take any money apart of the amount that they promised now it has been months and i got tired of calling them but till now there is no resopnse even after sending mails and calling them when e-mailied they will never get back it a turn around and i am getting frustrated abt this herrasment..please help me with this.
