Excess billin

I had obtained an AXIS bank card with assurance from the processing agent that it is a life time free card.

On obtianing my first month statement i saw charges for some joining fee and some travel offer charges becuase of which a huge amout was billed as joining fee.

i immediately contacted your call centre and informed them about the free card i was promised of.

they promised to look into and do the needful and replace with a free card.

In the mean time i had been using the card and paying the entire amount i had used without any dues or late charges.

the joining fees charges were never wavied nor was my card replaced with a free card as promised. so i stopped using the card after making ALL THE AMOUNT I HAD USED.

so it is clearly the misleading of the procesisng agent and the subsequent misguidance of your call centre staff.

till date iam receiving statements with dues increasing with every month.

Any amount of explanatin with Grievance Cell is not helpful. They simply want me to pay the entire amount.
