Axis Bank Credit card
Non receipt of credit card

I have applied for a credit card (application no.1241762) after repeated request from Axis Bank personnel (said so) as they offered free & submitted to Mr. Sujon Samaddar of Axis Sales Ltd (confirmed from photo Identity card). Axis bank confirmed me the same through a SMS (from 09837000044) in my mobile. Now no one from Axis Bank (Shyambazar, Kolkata) can tell me the present status of application after two months. They also can't inform me about any local office in kolkata. Helpline 1860 425 8888 is only for music. Mobile 09837000044 always engaged. I just don't want to have this credit card and in fear of fraudulence.
