Fraud in billing

I'm sharing my experience with Axis bank credit card, i got this card when it was UTI bank, in between i did not receive the bills on time and i was told that there are delays since the system is getting transitioned to Axis bank. Mean time i got late fees with the bill. Durin this time i shifted to a new location and requested for an address change, it took 2 month for Axis to process and send the bill with late fees. When i sent a mail to the customer care, they informed that i should pay the outstanding amount and the whole thing will be reversed, then i made the payment and now they are refusing to reverse. So people kindly refrain from applying for Axis bank credit cards...
