Statements not recieved yet

Sir/ Madam,

I, Anand Venugopal, have not recieved the statements of my credit card bearing number - 4718 6301 0075 3226.

I have brought this subject to the Axis Bank Customer Care, but unfortunately, I was given a false promise that it'ld be taken care of and the statements would be sent to my mail id.

I'ld like to bring this to the notice of the authorities
