Credit card not received

Sir/Madam

I have applied for a replacement card 2 mnths ago, but till now i have not receieved it. Whenever i ask the customer care they are repeating The same word that "The card was generated, but still it is not despatched. We are escalating the request to the concerned department". I was given a refference no 271488 for the enquiry.(Almost 10 times i received reference numbers)
