Axis Bank Credit card
Illigal charges for Bajaj Alliance Insurence Plan

I have a crdit card of Axis Bank. Once they Charged my a/c with a insurence plan of the above said company about which I did not know any thing. Informing this at the customer care service of that bank they weived that charge but they gave a interest charge on that. After that I made colplains about that both by written and by help lines and finally I surrendered the card. Still I have the complain numbers regarding those. But now they have taken the unethcal outstandings from my Axis Bank savings a/c without my prior consent. Though I've made repetative requests to return me back those amount but they are not responding.
