Unethically payment notification

I have purchased some product after having three times confirmation from axis bank helpline. Now when I am going to have the facility of EMI which they had confirmed me earlier, now they are denying to convert my high value purchase to EMI. I had good faith on Axis Bank but now its become worse. I heard so many notorious things about credit card but now I am a target person from them. I have tried now so many times to contact customer care even but they are not helping.
