Joining and Annual Fee on credit card

Hello,

I'm P V S M Pushyamitra. I work for United Online software development (india) pvt. ltd., which is earlier known as Juno Online Services.

I was offered an Axis Bank credit card without Joining and Annual Fees. After receiving the Silver Credit Card in Nov I called the customer care and confirmed that there are no joining and annual fees levied on my card. I started using the credit card from Dec but now after 5 months the statement that was sent to me shows the joining fee and annual fee. Now I was asked to pay an amount of Rs. 2309.

I sent a mail to asking the same. I also got the auto acknowledgement confirming the receipt of my complaint. I did not receive any complaint ID till date and no other mail in this regard.

Could someone please help me in resolving this issue.
