Amount wrongfully debited from my salary account

My salary a/c 022010100589567 has been debited by rs. 10000. Upon reporting this issue to Axis customer care and bank I came to know that the bank reports show that I have withdrawn the said amount using an ATM at 9:42 AM 4th of Feb which ATM they dont know, the customer care lodged complaint 8856266 about this, the Bank says they have not received any such complaint.

I have been chasing people for a week now, making 15-20 calls a day, I dont see any progess on the issue.
