Axis bank/Home loan
Certificate req.against home loan

Had a housing loan in september.since november continuously asking for the certificate for the loan to file in IT documents. But the people in axis bank are least bothered. When they have to offer you a loan then they are after the life of consumers, but when customer asks any documents they just become invisible.

can anybody listen or help.
