Deduction of charges

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was having a salary a/c with the axis bank Rajouri Garden Branch since 2005 with name of Chiranjeev Singh Nanda a/c no 066010100212168. When i left the job they changed my salary a/c to some other scheme a/c (SAPPL) without informing me and after that they imposed some consolidation charges on it of RS.220.20/- on 30-03 saying that i have done more than 9 transactions in 3 months, before this i have done so many transaction but non charges have been imposed. They said that this is the new schedule of charge.

This is the duty of the bank to inform me about changes made to my a/c and without informing to the user they cant deduct any charges. if the new schedule is released, they must have informed me prior any deduction. When i asked them to reverse the charges, they denied to do so.

Kindly help me in this matter n do the needfull.
