On dated 11.05.2009 Rs.23700.00 has transfered from my account without my knowledge. Now my account has been freezed by the Bank. I have asked the concered Branch. I have submitted one written complaint at the Bank. Till date they are not giving me proper respond. Even they are not telling about the a/c number where the money transferred. Please advise me what to do. Now a days I have no single money to spent.

Everyday I am asking the bank regarding same. But there is no positive answer.

Please help me.
