ADDITIONAL CHARGES WITHOUT NOTICE

I am Nirtanjai singh resident & working in gurgaon, i have a ZERO balance salary account with the AXIS Bank Ltd from last more then 4 years in Galleriya Market DLF Ph 4, Gurgaon, on the 30 or 31st of march Bank Dedeucted Rs.400 Service tax, without any information given to me, when i asked them, they told me that, the charges for transactions (i.e- more then 9 transactions - Dr or Cr in 3 months - any form of transactions, they deducted @ Rs.50/- s.tax per transactions, this means if i withdraw a Rs.100/- then they charges Rs.50/- s.tax on that) this is rediculous, pls do th needful against this, & ask them to refund my amount to my Account.
