Axis Bank Ltd, RAC Pune, Bhandarkar raod, has been availing of courier services from BlueDart since past 4 years, courier on daily basis is being sent from Pune to bank's Mumbai office.

On 16/10 5 boxes vide AWB no: 58079036514, 58079036234 have been sent to our Powai office. It was shocking to get a call from our Powai center stating that the boxes containing very important documents were reced torn & documents falling out of the boxes. This has happened inspite of the fact that the bank ensures to seal the boxes from all the sides.

Request you to kindly takeup this issue very seriously at your end.
