Consolidated Charge for account

I have Axis Bank Salary Account from last 3 years. On 30th of March Axis Bank had levy a sum of 800 Rs (with service tax) and debited it from my account with out my concern. After asking the reason from the employee of the axis bank, we came to know that there are some new guidlines pass by the RBI on Salary account that there will be only 3 transaction allowed in a month effective from 1st of January. After which every additional transaction including the cash withdrawal from the axis atm will be charge Rs 50 per transaction plus a service tax on it.

On enquiry with other bank, we came to know that there are no such guideline given by the RBI.
