Sir/madam,

my name is madhusudhan holding an account in axis bank has gone a personal loan for my grands maa treatment. i have no dues with any institution or organization till now. i am told that i have a poor track record and they have rejected my loan application and gave me CIBIL no-387533433 to conform with the CIBIL authorities. so please kindly let me know whom i have to approch.
