No communication from Bank

I had taken a home loan with Axis Bank in them onth of June. They have not given any communication regarding the disbursement nor the interest rate and EMi break ups. Even when we contract thorugh phone they dont pick up the call itself. While we directly go to the processing unit of the Bank, they are not properly responding and just like giving the break ups orally. Only on shouting, they take a printout of EMI statement and giving. I took the loan at 11.75 % but I'm not able to know my current interest rate. I dont know to whom i should lodge a compalaint. I prefer to change my loan from this bank to any nationalised bank. DO any body now the current interest rate of this bank and the process of shifting loan from this bank to any other bank?
