Axis Bank Saving Account
Consolidated wrongly deducted

Dear Sir,

I have a saving account in Kolkata main branch of Axis bank a/c No. 005010100376624. Due to the change of period of a quarter from Axis Bank side my average daily balance has fallen less than Rs.5, 000/- and bank has deducted consolidated charge of Rs. 1047/- from my a/c. But as per the old period of quarter my average daily balance was more than Rs. 5, 000/-. This is not my mistake as I was maintaining the balance as per banks norm, but bank has suddenly changed its period for quarter without pre informing to me.

Bank should not charge anything for this reason as this is not my mistake. Therefore I request you to reverse the amount already charged from my account.
