Abusive language and threatening

Dear Sir,

I Have a Axis credit card. They donot use to send the statements at all.but i was paying minimum payment for 2500 for 3 mnths. But still i hvant recvd the statements. I have a doubt that there were charging me additional charges. But when i call call center there was no proper response. But i got some financial issues. They dint properly acknowledg me. Now recovery agents calling me and threatening me without giving space to speak to me and using abusive language. I am not able to answer their calls. Please take necessary actions on them.
