Bill problem

Dear sir my card no is "4718 6300 0123 4755" i never ever used my this credit card... n i am getting a bill of 1400 hundred. Either you cancel my bill amount or just cancell my card. Otherwise i tear your card and drop it to your Axis ATM.I already complaint it for 2-3 times.
