We contracted M/s Axis Lifts Pvt. Ltd. on 29th December for the proper functioning of the Lift already installed in our premises.

The contract was executed by their assistant sales manager Vikas Tiwari. We signed the agreement and paid cash Rs. 28, 000 after he made tall promises and followed us with sales pitches aggressively.

From that point, we have been going thru the nightmares. As per the contract, they were supposed to get the lift working and functioning properly in 10 working days. But they horribly failed to live up to any expectation or the agreed terms. I made countless phone calls (I can produce itemized bill copy to prove it), but Vikas Tiwari and other top people of their company remain out of touch by simply not taking my calls. I even tried hard to contact their chief Prashant Singh, but he never took my call or responded back. I could only reach and speak to their receptionist Neelam and the rest of the people always remain invisible in field and out of reach. I made many visits to their office in Pitampura (Shop No. B-4, Plot No. H-3, Vardhman Plaza, Near P.P. Jewellers, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi-34.) as well, but to no avail.

Finally I gave up and sent them legal notice by the end of Feb, to which they didn't responded officially as of now. I only received a couple email replies in response to it. One of them says “Sir, lift is in working condition also and LOPs screw are loose because, You have not paid the ammount so that your AMC is deactivate, After issuing the remaining payment your AMc will be activate again and we will fix the LOPs”

It is a very shameful, careless and unprofessional act to knowingly leave the screws loose and make the LOP hanging on the wall. One of the LOPs is not even fitted properly

Beware of them and please be very careful if you still think to hire their services.
