Beware of Axis Logistics Movers&Packers

I recently shifted my household belongings from Bangalore to Chennai. I had requested the quote from many movers & packers and finally narrowed on to Axis Logistics Movers&Packers. I got a quotation for a separate truck for Rs. 7500 and just a day before the movement, Mr. S.S. Chaudhary the person with whom I was interacting told me that the particular vehicle was unavailable and he provided an alternate vehicle's quotation for Rs 9000. Since I cannot change my plans at the last minute, I said OK to him.

The manner in which they came and unpacked the items was pathetic. They did a absolutely shoddy work in packing the materials and loading the same in the truck. I was promised that the items would be delivered on the very same day. I paid the 80% of the bill amount at the loading point and rest I said I would pay after the delivery. To my shocker, Mr. Chaudhry did not bother to arrange for unloading the items the same day and I had to literally follow him up with umpteen number of calls to remind him on the same. And he was giving all false excuses and literally playing a game with his lies. The goods were delivered and unloaded only the next day after innumerable calls and follows up made to him. I felt I was cheated as I feel that I had paid a premium price for the goods transfer.

Please be cautious and careful about Axis Logistics Movers&Packers services and Mr. S.S.Chaudhry.
