MENTAL HARASHMENT

My self is Anand Lamkhade Appoint As sr. team leader (HOME LOAN) in june. I reported to sm, but at the time Jan i am not able to fullfill the dissbuss target, for my RAC head want to be work as executive to me, but not get any letter get from the axis sales or not support form my HR or SR

and my not ready to work as executive one thing i want to complaint me that wether the decision is taken by my RAC head right or wrong . i dont no but but myself is uppset with the system that any one press to do what they are are they know?
