AXIX BANK/CREDIT CARD
Asking for payment even after closure

I have received the DD with the facility of 0.75% interest rate in the month of April, but the bank charged more than what it has confirmed. So as per the mail transactions i have made the complete payment with that extra interest amount on 5th June 09.

I have cancelled the card and also informed the bank that i have cleared the amount and i am cancelling the card. I got the acknowledgement for the payment.

Now today i got sms that i have to make payment of Rs.939/- when i sent mail to bank they replyed that sorry for inconvience and there was pending of rs.14.27 and that amount is now Rs.939.

i am not going to make this payment. i am submitting the complaint herewith.
