Bad Odour - Probably microbial contamination

We are regular user of entire product range (Ayur Herbal Products) from more than 7 years. It includes shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, face wash, sunscreen, facial scrub, skin toner, cold cream...

>So far, Ayur was my first choice but recently I got irritated when I used " Ayur Moisturizer Natural Skin Glow Xtra Soft " B. No - 003 MFG - 04/08, When I poured it on my palm and was about to use it I found very bitter/pungent/offensive odour in it. It was really very surprising & shocking for me to get such non acceptable odour/quality from Ayur Herbals. Immediately I tried to call on your TOLL FREE no. but could not get any response. Even I also checked you website but could not get any clue to contact, somhow I could get your mail ID.
