Cheating and not giving payments

Dear sir,

i am mahesh jain propeiter of mahesh distributors thane i took the work of superstockist of the company name ayurshakti health care pvt ltd but due to their inability to bring sale i left it. i paid in advance for whatever goods i tooked but when i supplied the products to distributors the payment term was of 15 days but now its more than 1 year have passed but they are not giving me my payment.and even the company refused to give me payments for the goods which i have returned to the company as they were non moving goods please help me out as the amount is rs 1.5 lakh which the company is not giving to me.
