About an Ayurvedic doctors negligency

Sir my sister took treatment for pregnency from an Ayurvedic doctor who misguided gave Ayurvedic and alopathy inj .my sister got pregnent but couldnot be detected as it was a tubic pregnency because she is not having knowledge about it misguided us saying it was a cyst and at last minute my sister was operated and her tube was removied .9 years back her first tube was removed as she got tubic pregnency naturaly after that she took many treatment but didnot suceed one of hersisterin law took her to the doctor who assured her of not having tubic pregnency and trated her due to her forcefull treatment my sister got tubic pregnency nowmy sister is leftwith only testtube baby option we want a compensation of5lakhrupees from her please accept my request and complain Thank you
