Dear sir,

I have purchased the sony ericsson 11/7 in Fone Zone, Shop No.41, Tabs Complex, Contonment, Trichy 620 001.Phone No.0431 4000687.phone Model Hazel J20i model. The problems i have faced after the purchase of this model

1.blutooth (divice not shown)

2..memory card (not accepted)

3.sliding (is not function)

4.display problem

Two times I have given my set to the service center at Trichy, they have not rectified and not properly respond for the problems and they told to give this set to Chennai Service Centre for sliding problem. At first time service this set have been kept at the centre for more than 15 days and 5 days for the next time without not doing anything. I don know what I have to do this with this phone. Kindly do the needful for my set and to my money.
