STD rate cutte

Hi,

I have activated the std rate cutter to reduce std rate as one rupee by sending sms to 222 (ACTV STD34) on 13.6.08. Immediately they sent a message “your request is successful. Within 48 hours it will be activated”. On 16.6.08 they deducted the money Rs.34 from my account. But still my std rate is Rs.1.50 only, not one rupee. I complained about this to the customer care more than 10 times. They didn’t response properly. They took a complaint and gave a complaint number. The number is 0622244982.whenever I calls they will tell within 2 days this problem will be rectified and they will give a complain no. I am having 3 complaint numbers. But the problem is not yet rectified. I never saw this kind of worst service ever. The customer care is very worst in airtel. They are not responding properly. I need a response immediately. Is there any way to complaint directly to airtel rather than through phone call?
