Respected Sir,
Unauthorised/Illegal construction is going on in Flat No. BA/59 A, Phase 1, Ashok Vihar is going on. they constructed an illegal room in the open area which is not according lawand can cause damage to the whole building please take some corrective actions as soon as possible in next 24 hours either i have to make complaint to higher authorities. In Ba/31-B Phase 1, Ashok Vihar, Phase 1, Delhi 52, MCD demolished the unauthorised portion some days back but the portion has been constructed again and no action has been taken by MCD again, I dont know Why?? how it became possible. I request MCD to take corrective action within next 24 hours, otherwise i have to complaint personally to LG Office, CM of Delhi, and to other departments. I am not submitting the photographs of any illegal construction, as this is not my duty. I expect that MCD will take corrective action.
