Capitation in B.tech Admission

I had been to Babu banasidas inst. of tech. Mgmt, Lucknow for admission of my daughter in B.tch Electronics and communication and fiiled the form in counselling form.

afer few minute i was called to meet mr. Garg for Admission when I went in the chamber of Mr. garg my mobile was kept at the reception counter as the mobile is not allowed in the chamber.

when I met with mr. Garg he asked Rs. 6 lac as capitation money for admission in B.Tech Electronics and communication and the fees was also high i.e.64350 for 1st year and 45000/ 2nd year onward and Hostel fees 50000/1st year and 45000/ 2nd year onwards and uniform fees extra.

the matter is being mailed to VC u.p technical university, registrar mr. tomar, u.p technical university but till date no action whatsoever has been taken and till date they have not even acknowledged it.

it will not be out of place to mention here that supreme court has banned the capitation fees and in the light of Supreme Court order U.P. Technical university, lucknow had also issued several circulars to the Institutes, but all is farse and just eye wash.
