Wrong billing, Mobile No. 9967713798

Earlier also, I gave the complaint to this site, but no response.

I humble request is that, Please revert back to, if I am wrong.

Actually I got Airtel SIM card from one person called Gupta - His mobile no. 9987042021

He gave me this card on advance payment of Rs. 999/- and assured me that for next 6 months, I will not charged with rent of Rs. 199/- per month. And call charges will be 0.50 per call for any mobile, land line with in Maharashtra.

But from the 1st bill itself, I had been charged with rental charges.

I called up to customer care from my receipt of 1 bill that please give me correct bill, and then I will be ready to make payment.

After so many times of calls, one person came to my house and I discuss my all complaints regarding the bills.

He agreed, and called up to his superior and resolve the matter that time I have paid my all dues as per corrcts outstanding, and they also agreed. That time I gave my full & final dues - I also have the receipt of the same.
