Non receipt of any information for Provident fund (PF No-AP/44454/004584)

DearSir,

I worked for BA CONTINUUM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (A nonbank subsidiary of Bank of America) at Gurgaon Office.

I had submitted my resignation long back and fulfill the all formalities for withdrawal the P.F. but till now pf amount is not credited.

I already put a mail to our HR manager i did not get reply from HR.

Till date I have not recieve my PF amount, Its my hard earned money and I am not sure what is the status.

I would request you to intervene into the subject and let me know the following:-

a. Confirmation statement whether Provident Fund withrawl is processed or not? what is the existing balance in my account

Your early action will be highly appreciated.
