PF Cheque getting Bounced

Dear Sir,

With great greeif I'm writting this complain, my PF A/c # AP/44454/2276 I am waiting for my dued PF money for more than 6 months now. It is unacceptable that an government organization like that of PF office is out of funds and apperently in my case it happened my total PF amount was more than 30k hence it came in two parts on was that of 17k and the other was for 25k. there was no problem for the 17k to be credited but with the 25k hit my account well the story changed. The cheque for Rs. 25256.00 hit my account and got bounced and first 12th Jan and the next one was on 13th Feb which is unacceptable and moreover I was charged a total of Rs. 220.00 for the cheque getting bounced which apperently is not my fault.

Now my question to you is who is going to pay my hard earned money and the one that was slapped onto my face without my fault.
