Jet airways flight problem

Hello,

this is dr ankit modi, i have booked flight from ahmedabad to muscat (ahmedabad-Mumbai-Muscat) on 28 oct, scheduled departure from ahmedabad was 6.55 pm, but some reason flight was late, so at ahmedabad airpo jet-airway officer told me that u will not able to catch the flight from mumbai to muscat, why this happended i dont know but i have to cancel the whole flight and reaarange whole travelling to muscat as i have to reach muscat next day.thay were telling we will refund u, but after 20 days also refund has not came.

Now that was prob from jet, that first flight is late so not able to catch the connecting flight. this i think may happening repeatedly, than why they r booking such kind of flights,

With me my child 2 yr old and my wife with 5 months of pregnancy, we were harressed by jet airways faulty flight schedule and mismanaged flights, we have spend whole night at mumbai airport,

so do needful, and what should i do.
