I am an old customer. My card No:2266 1111 2702 3762. I visited on 25th March by about 9:30 in the morning.and selected some of the items. There was only one cash counter open. I waited for about 20 minutes in the Q. I observed that the cashier was not courteous. He used to attend to the customers who had one/two itms ignoring the persons in the Q. He quralled with a lady customer before me also and called the manager for his 'ignorance' in billing. Again he did not attend to me. I brought it to the notice of the manager and returned without buying anything. I observe nowadays there is not proper service to the customer.

Here is one suggestion too. There is no reputed outlet nearby in Rajajinagar - Ist Block/II Stage/R & N Blocks/Milk Colony, Subramanyanagar. I feel you may consider opening one of your outlet in Ist Block which is a busy and old business locality.
