BAFL
NOC Not Received

It is most disgusting to have loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, if you want to pay all EMI on time. There is no place for good clients for them.

Below are the e-mails sent by me apart from atleast 25 visit to their local Jodhpur office. Till November 3 I have not received NOC.

I am willing now to go to consumer court or file an FIR against them.

Problem: Out standing of INR 556 (Insurance INR 526 EMI INR 30) in your account.

1) Above thing was came in my notice when I went to BAFL Jodhpur for NOC

2) I asked them, where is my Insurance Cheque?

3) They said, by mistake it was not lodged from BAFL so deposit here to process for NOC

4) A Cheque No. 639137 dated 08-10 INR 556 handed over to BAFL Jodhpur

5) This Cheque get cleared from my account on 13-10

6) In November I went for NOC but they said still this amount is due

7) I was asked to submit bank statement after a hot discussion.

8) Next day I submit my bank statement & BAFL checked from its software that is clear

9) But unfortunately it was not in my account

10) I was given assurance that necessary correction will be done and will get NOC

11) After than when I call or go to BAFL, I am asked to deposit money

12) When I tell them above they say, bring statement again.

13) In this regard I have contacted Mr. Sanjay Gupta Jaipur & Mr. Rajendra Pune over telephone

14) But I do not see any solution.

I am not a foolish person to bear & on behalf of BAFL mistakes.

Please clear NOC within 7 days or I am going to lodge FIR against BAFL
