Gold Box offer Scam

I had received a call from Bagit today saying that I had won Gold Box worth Rs. 4lakhs in which I will receive either cash, Gold or products and will not have to pay any additional amount but need to make some purchases which I did. The details are mentioned below. Once I confimed the purchases by paying thru ICICI credit card, the excutive confirms that I have won gold worth Rs. 4lakhs which can be purchased from any of the outlets and I need not pay any extra amount and these are not discount vouchers.

Later, I get a verification call and the executive tells me that I have won Gold vouchers which can be used as discount vouchers only through online purchases made and I immediately instructed the executive to cancel my order. I would want to ensure that my money is refunded at the earliest. I have also logged a call with customer care (Mr. Imran) asking them to cancel my booking and refund the amount at the earliest. Dear Sir/Madam

As already informed, I would like to cancel the below bookings made by me on 6th/7th July'10. This is because your executive has given us wrong commitment on the Gold Box offers. Appreciate your immediate action on this and ensure the amount is refunded to my credit card at the earliest.
