Online Fraud of bagittoday

I have ordered a Reebok lite speed shoe (Shoe Size 8) on 13/05/10 at bagittoday through online shopping.

I received the shoe and free gift reebok watch on 1st june.

But i received the wrong size shoe. I ordered size 8 but i received size 6.

So i sent back the shoes to bagittoday on 5th june and they received it on 10th june.

Courier Name: Ondot Couriers & Cargos Ltd.

Docket No: 145860296.

But still they didn t dispatched my shoes.

Whenever i call or mail them, they said its under processing.

Already they take more than three months.

They are not responding properly.

I want to take legal action against bagittoday for cheating customers.

Pls do the needfull.
