Till today (19 Oct) I have not received the said product despite my numerous mails. They send a mail that the same would be sent shortly but that has never happened. When I try to contact them through telephone no. Helpline Number (011-40502424, )they always say "Due to some technical problem we will not be able to attend to your query" or nobody bothers to attend to the phone. I believed the company as it is one of the most reputed one in the country but they have cheated me
