Efund for broken products order# 1003533761

Hi sir/madam,

i had purchased some products from bag it today @ Rs. 23999/-. once i had received the products most the items in them where broken. i had sent back the products requesting for a refund, they have not sent me the refund yet. can you please help me with this. i am getting a feeling that they are cheating of my hard earned money. please find below the details..

ORDER# 1003533761 and it contained the following products

-corelle dinner set

-magppie tea set

-magppie cup and saucer set

-diamond pack 2 sets 30 cents each

invoice date 14-03

the products were resent to bag it today on 02-05 with consignment # V05319683 and was delivered to them on 03-05.

please help get back my hard earned money.
