With reference to my order no. 1014711525 through Bagittoday. Its been over a month since I placed the order. I have not received my order even after their confirmation.

Below is their mail; but they are not trustworthy, as I have not received my order even after one month:

You should be receiving your order within next 3- 5 working days, however, if you do not receive your order within the above time frame, do get back to us.

Further, put AWB No. in tracking No. option to trace the status on website.
