Loan discharge certificate not received

I purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 180 motorcycle in Chennai by taking a loan vide Proposal No. 403/191140. The final amount was paid on Feb 16 and the loan was cleared. The Alwarpet office manager assured me that the final discharge letter would be sent to my Bangalore address. However, although nearly six months have elapsed, I have not yet received the discharge certificate/cancellation of hypothecation document. I have now been informed that the two-wheeler division of Bajaj Auto Finance has been shifted to Anna Salai. Nobody responds despite several calls to the new phone numbers.
