Not issuing NOC after clearing full loan amount

Sir,

This is to inform you that I purchased HP Pavilion Desktop A6440IN bearing serial No. INA8100G78 along with 19" TFT Monitor bearing serial No.30Q8181T83 for the sum of 34, 270.00 on 03-06. I took the same with loan assisted by S.V.Technologies, Tiruapti branch from your company i.e Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, Tirupati branch. I gave post dated cheques of Rs.2773 as EMIs and honoured all the cheques till date. My last cheque was also presented for payment in the month of February 09.

I requested this Bajaj Auto Finance company several times to issue NOC and all my efforts went in vain and there is no response from them. I have been requesting by way of emails, personal visits and phone calls more than 20 times at regular intervals for the past 3 months.

Now they started telling me “We will not issue and do what ever you want”
