Not issueing the NOC

I had taken a two-wheeler loan for Bajaj XCD 125 bike in June. After approximately 12 EMI's,

on 25-06, I made the balance payment of Rs. 21, 023/- in single stroke to foreclose the Loan proposal.

Still I had received an SMS on 12-07 to make arrangements in my Bank account to pay the EMI of Rs. 1, 241/- which will be presented in my bank on 15-07.

Also, I wanted to sell out the above mentioned vechicle at the earliest, but Stll almost after 20 days I haven't received the No Objection Certificate and the Blank Cheques taken from me for the same proposal.

Till date after calling their Toll Free Number as well as their local office at Kolhapur, it has been told to me that we haven't received your forecloser amount even after 20 days.
