Not getting the NOC

I had taken finance for a Two wheeler in June from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. for which I have paid all their EMI's in time till June. In June I made the balance payment in single installment of

Rs. 21, 023- through DD no. 027806 Dtd. 25-06 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. I received the receipt of the same (Receipt no. AF11003906) from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd.'s local office at Kolhapur & My loan a/c was supposed to be foreclosed.

But still I received an SMS from the Finance company on 14-07 instructing to make arrangements for the payment of EMI for Rs. 1, 241/- due on 15-07.

Also, I wanted to sell out the above mentioned Two wheeler at the earliest but still almost after 3 weeks, I haven't received the No Objection Certificate as well as the blank cheques taken from me. So, I can't sell it out untill I receive the NOC.
