This is to inform you that even after prompt payment and clearing my dues on time as per the loan aggreement you claim that i had made chwque bounce but they statement & bank states that their was sufficient balance and no cheque bounce at all in the month of december & Jan.

and i have already provided my bank statement twice in your local office at coimbatore and scanned copy has been mailed. i received your feedback on 21.08.09 folowing which again i provided the required statement but u claim refund dd has been issued which i have not received from local office because the name mentioned on it is incorrect and after that i called up your call center today 26.08.09 several times but no seperior or incharges came online to speak.

I was provided Tamil nadu manager Mr. Padmanabhan mobile number & mail ID. details has been mailed since your manager is not answering the call.

I WANT AN URGENT REPLY FROM YOU ELSE I WILL TAKE THINGS TO COURT…
