N.O.C regarding

I purchased a Bajaj Platina (No.: TN 23 AD 4230) bearing proposal no.: 7743 and availed finance from the Vellore office, (Tamilnadu) of Bajaj Auto finance Ltd. in June and completed my repayments on 05 June.

It has been 3 months and the people at the vellore office had asked me to come after a week to get my N.O.C. And everytime I go there, I am asked to come after a week. Several " Come after a week"s s have passed but the NOC is not in sight and When asked to specify a date on which I would really get it, they mock at me and behave arrogantly. Further while protesting this behaviour they conveniently disconnect the phone.

This arrogance and attitude of the employees is sure to tarnish the image of Bajaj and will lose its customer goodwill.
